Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The fee for exchange or return is 30 for orders within the Kingdom, 35 within Jeddah city.
Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange.
The validity period of the policy is 7 days from its creation, and the return request will be closed if it is not handed over to the shipping company within the specified period.
The customer must deliver the item to be returned to the shipping company with the sent policy.
Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouses and confirming that the product is undamaged and matches the description and condition in which it was sent, you will receive the money you paid as the price of the product within 7 to 14 days, either via the credit card used for payment or by bank transfer.
The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as the original purchase.

Note: If your request was made through our representative in Jeddah city, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after deducting 35 for delivery services plus 35 for the returned shipment by the representative (total 75 SAR).
